REBECCA

Rebecca was our cherished Studio Manager and Teacher at Lua, and had been an integral part of our team since 2022. She found her love of teaching the young dancers at Lua and is now located in Indianapolis as she works as a preschool teacher! She continues to work remotely for Lua Office Management.

 

Rebecca Levin started dancing at the age of 3 in Burbank, California where she studied the ABT curriculum and had the great opportunity of performing the roles of Sugarplum, Snow Queen, and Dewdrop Fairy in The Nutcracker and many other lead roles.

She continued her training at Butler University where she received a B.F.A. in Dance Performance in 2021. During her time at Butler, Rebecca taught many dance classes and was the Dance Coordinator for the Butler Community School of the Arts. In addition, she had the privilege of traveling across Europe with a select group of Butler Ballet dancers to perform and study under prestigious European ballet masters.​ 

 

Rebecca continued to perform professionally, gracing the stage as a Company Artist with Confluence Ballet Company in Pittsburgh until her move to Indianapolis. She is an American Ballet Theater (ABT) Certified Teacher, who has successfully completed the ABT Teacher Training Intensive in Pre-Primary through Level 3 of the ABT National Training Curriculum.
