Adult Dance exercise

This class fuses dance and exercise movements to enhance fitness and fun! Movements incorporate various elements from hip hop to modern dance, with focuses on cardio, endurance, strength, and flexibility.

Participants will increase somatic awareness through meditation and conditioning, while also exercising the mind with challenging and creative movement combinations.

This adult class is fully recreational; no experience required, just a good attitude.
